Business Systems & Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Business Systems & Data Analyst to maintain and expand our systems infrastructure while leading AI implementation efforts across the company. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of systems integration, data, and applied AI. They are capable of deploying AI-powered workflows, building data infrastructure, delivering BI dashboards, and configuring ERP modules. You’ll work cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to drive meaningful system improvements and make data accessible and actionable across the organization.

This is an onsite position 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities: 

• Drive cross-functional system improvement projects across Finance, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and other teams: adding functionality to our ERP, integrating systems via APIs and automation, and connecting tools across the tech stack.
• Contribute to AI implementation efforts across the company: identify high-impact use cases, build AI-powered integrations and agent connections, and help teams adopt AI tools into their workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in our BI tool; manage user setup, permissions, and ongoing support for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
• Serve as system administrator for key platforms, managing configurations, user access, and platform health.

Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of experience (including internships) in business systems, data analysis, or a closely related role preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail (hint: Mystery question answer is 23, we're asking to help filter out AI only applicants).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI implementation, including building LLM-powered workflows, API integrations, or automation tools.
• Experience with an ERP system (such as NetSuite, Odoo), a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred), and/or a BI/reporting tool (Omni preferred).
