The ideal candidate will have strong experience in provider data management within health plan or medical office environments and a proven ability to verify, research, and resolve data inconsistencies to maintain accurate provider directories and systems.Responsibilities:Ensure accuracy and completeness of provider data across databases, systems, and the provider directory.Identify, research, and resolve inconsistent or conflicting provider information.Collaborate with providers, Network Management, and Provider Data Services to capture timely updates.Support provider maintenance activities within automated claims processing and research workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications:High School diploma required; some college coursework desirable.Three years of general data management experience in automated claims processing, claims research, or provider maintenance.Two years of experience in provider relations, provider contracting, health plan operations, or a health care/medical office setting.Detail orientation with the ability to analyze and reconcile data discrepancies.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with health plan provider directories and data governance practices.Experience collaborating across Network Management and Provider Data Services teams.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
