Busperson

SUMMARY: Clear tables in the restaurant when guests finish dining and ready it for the next guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clear dirty dishes into bus tubs and take to the dish room.
• Assist cashier/hosts in other duties such as keeping the restaurant clean and rolling silverware.
• Wipe down chair legs, sweep and mop server stations.
• Assist cashier/hosts/servers in refilling salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard, etc on tables daily.
• Take trash out daily.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Must be willing to work at various tempos, frequently as rapidly as possible amid distractions, while maintaining a friendly and helpful manner toward guests and coworkers.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - High School Diploma or GED preferred.
