Job Description

This is a newly created full-time hybrid position designed to strengthen our purchasing and supply chain operations.Graphicsland, Inc. is an independently owned e-commerce printing company based in Tinley Park, IL, that specializes in custom stickers, product labels, stand-up pouches, and wide-format scientific research posters. We operate under three brands: MakeStickers, PosterNerd & InkWave.OverviewAs Buyer & Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll have the unique opportunity to take ownership of purchasing responsibilities, shape how this function operates, and drive efficiency across the business. Because this role is being built from the ground up, it offers significant upward mobility, providing a clear path for professional growth and long-term career development within our organization.

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flexible)
Hybrid, minimum onsite 1x per week or as needed to carry out responsibilities
Travel as needed to carry out responsibilities

Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and place orders at the lowest cost consistent with standards of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need.
Track deliveries, coordinate movement of raw materials, and investigate discrepancies to ensure production needs are met.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring accountability through regular performance monitoring.
Develop and execute inventory strategies that optimize stock levels while supporting overall business objectives.
Manage supply chain data collection and integrity for accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Serve as business lead for supply chain application development projects, coordinating with developers and users to ensure software solutions align with operational needs and support company growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or a business-related field such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Finance
1-3 years experience in the manufacturing industry - purchasing, supply chain, or other related roles preferred
Strong data analytics and math skills - experience with data analytics tools/software preferred
Excellent writing ability - we emphasize writing as a form of communication throughout the company
Demonstrated ability to work across teams – you’ll work closely with the Accounting, Technology, Maintenance, and Production teams

Salary: $70,000 / year
