Buyer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Buyer to join their team. As a Buyer, you will be part of the procurement department supporting internal teams and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Buyer

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $50 an hour

What's the Job?

• Fill purchase orders and collaborate with inventory management and other internal departments
• Forecast sales by item, analyze trends, and monitor sales performance
• Maintain proper inventory levels in coordination with the supply chain manager
• Organize purchasing requisitions and develop efficient monitoring systems
• Enter data into databases to track supplier and vendor information, purchase status, and generate reports

What's Needed?

• A university degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
