Compensation:Base salary: $60,000, plus generous commission structure. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, and location.

About the Role

Byram Healthcare's Diabetes Division is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll build relationships with healthcare providers, drive referrals, and help connect patients with essential diabetes care solutions.

About Byram Healthcare

Byram Healthcare has been a trusted provider of home-delivered medical supplies since 1968, specializing in diabetes, ostomy, wound care, urology, incontinence, and enteral nutrition products. Our mission is to help patients access the products, services, and support they need to achieve better health outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within your territory• Educate providers on Byram's solutions and the value we bring to patient care• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions• Manage and prioritize sales activities to consistently achieve performance goals• Collaborate with teammates and leaders in a supportive, high-performance environment• Continuously develop your skills through coaching, feedback, and training

What We're Looking For

• 2 years inside sales experience preferred; B2B sales or healthcare experience is a plus• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset• Ability to navigate objections and solve problems effectively• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in the office)
