Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of our team and represent Mr. Appliance in person and on the phone. You are responsible for handling Customer calls and receiving and ordering parts. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is an in-office position and right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a desire to provide the highest level of customer service and the ability to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customers
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Customer service experience preferred but will train
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive Attitude
Team player who can work independently
