Job Description

Xcel Marketing Group Inc. is a Marketing Firm looking for qualified customer service associates!

DUTIES: 

  • Deals directly with customer 
  • Responsible for New Customer Acquisitions 
  •  Create and achieve goals 
  • Maintain keen and up to date on product knowledge 
  • Responsible for maintaining and upholding all compliance regulations set by our clients
  • Work within Retailer

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  •   Strong work ethic 
  •   Positive attitude 
  •   Problem solving skills 
  •   Strong communication skills 
  •   Ability to work well alone and within a team


EXPERIENCE IS GREAT HOWEVER NOT NECESSARY…ALL TEAM MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE PAID TRAINING!
