The Hotel Turn Tech will play a vital role in preparing guest rooms and common areas for new arrivals by performing necessary repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance issues. Perform repairs including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance servicing as needed. Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and stocked with the necessary supplies for new guests. Coordinate with the housekeeping staff to prioritize and complete necessary turnover tasks efficiently. Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate effectively with management regarding issues that require further attention. Follow safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Requirements Prior experience in hotel maintenance or apartment turnover preferred. Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary. Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
