Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing campaigns, managing marketing channels, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure brand consistency.

Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners.

Oversee the creation of marketing content including blogs, whitepapers, and promotional materials.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
