Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas and equipment used for cleaning.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and housekeeping management is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
