Warehouse Assistant Manager

Porter Stowe is seeking a skilled Assistant Warehouse Manager to support our operations in receiving, white-glove storage, and designer installation services.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, high-end moving, residential relocation, OR furniture delivery. You will work in a clean, well-organized environment with high-end furnishings and architectural elements. You’ll be trusted to uphold the details that matter, accuracy, communication, and care.

• Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming shipments

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, layout, and daily flow

• Prepare and support installation jobs on-site, including high-end residences

• Use inventory tracking software (such as Sortly) to manage product flow

• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and occasionally clients

• 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, relocation, OR trades-related roles

• Experience with high-end home deliveries OR working with interior designers is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and comfort driving cargo vans Or box trucks

• Familiar with digital tools (Smart Devices, inventory apps, or QuickBooks)

• Able to lift and carry 75+ lbs regularly

• Excellent hygiene, professionalism, and appearance for client-facing projects

• Dependable, disciplined, and respectful of both time and property

• Starting wage: $23.50/hour

• Guaranteed raise to $24.50 after six months

• Annual performance-based raises

• Mantener un almacén limpio y bien gestionado
• Apoyar instalaciones en residencias de alto nivel
• Usar herramientas digitales para seguimiento de inventario
• Comunicarte claramente con clientes y compañeros de equipo

Lo Que Buscamos:
• 2+ años de experiencia en almacén, mudanzas o trabajos técnicos
• Licencia de conducir válida
• Conocimiento básico de dispositivos inteligentes o sistemas de inventario
• Fuerza física, estabilidad mental y presentación profesional
• Carácter que aparece antes de que se lo pidan

Lo Que Ofrecemos:
• Pago inicial de $23.50/hora
• Aumento a $24.50/hora después de 6 meses
