We’re building products that empower users to take control of their health journeys—and we need a talented UX Designer to help us get there.

About the Role:We're seeking a user-centered, creative, and data-informed UX Designer to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll shape user experiences across our web and mobile platforms, working closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to turn insights into delightful, intuitive designs.

Key

Responsibilities

Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction patterns that enhance user experience.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to identify user needs and define product requirements.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Advocate for best-in-class UX practices across all stages of the product lifecycle.

Iterate rapidly based on feedback and performance data.

Maintain and evolve our design system in partnership with other designers.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a digital product environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience designing for healthcare or wellness platforms.

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).

Motion design or micro-interaction skills.
