Lucio Marketing Inc. has the biggest clients in the: technology, telecommunications, smart home, and home security industries. On a daily basis we are inside 4 of the largest retail stores in the world educating customers on the beneficial services and newly released products our clients offer. As a Retail Sales Associate, you are responsible for providing customers with an exceptional in-store experience by meeting their individual needs and expectations and promoting the values of the brands we represent.
**Management positions also available for those with advanced qualifications and work experience**
Daily Operations:
- Apply knowledge and expertise to find lifestyle solutions
- Communicate and demonstrate products and services in a retail setting by staying up to date on all product and promotional information
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Skills and qualifications required to successfully perform major duties:
- High School Diploma / Advanced College Course work is preferred
- Previous customer service, retail, sales or hospitality work experience
- Personable, outgoing and positive team member
- Great listening and communication skills to build customer rapport
- Must be able to use computer and tablet technology
