The RoleYou’ll work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, operating specialized equipment to bring fiber and conduit into the ground.

Operate Heavy Gear: Use vibratory plows, directional drills, vacs, and mini-excavators.
Be Independent: Complete daily tasks with minimal supervision once trained.
Stay Safe: Follow protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and professional site.
Exceed Goals: Work with your team to hit production targets through honest, high-quality work.

What You Bring to the Table

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions.
Reliability: A valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
The "UGS Instinct": You are honest, self-motivated, and "hassle-free."
Problem-Solvers: Preferred (but not required) knowledge of underground utilities or mechanical equipment.
