Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a CAD Designer to support a manufacturing team in Gulfport, MS.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CAD drawings for equipment, including:*
- Part and assembly drawings* *
- Exploded views and detailed diagrams*
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, such as:*
- Assembly instructions* *
- Equipment manuals* *
- Service and troubleshooting guides*
- Work closely with production teams to understand how equipment is built and operates*
- Ensure all drawings and documentation are accurate, consistent, and aligned with current builds*
- Revise and update designs as processes and equipment evolve
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)*
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and build processes*
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy*
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment*
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing designs
- Background in manufacturing, mechanical design, or drafting*
- Experience creating exploded views and detailed parts diagrams*
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and mechanical systems*
- Basic understanding of electrical components (a plus)
