Solicit and identify new premium slot customers for the Caesars Rewards Program. Provides fast, friendly, excellent service to all customers while signing up new Caesars Rewards customers on the casino floor. Maintains customer information assuring the highest standards of data entry.

• Previous sales, telemarketing, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality with the ability to actively enroll qualified players.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Team-oriented with a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout casino, hotel, and Caesars Rewards areas for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer needs professionally.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and perform desk work as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.
• Manual dexterity to operate office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and related devices.
• Ability to stay informed on Caesars Rewards program updates and benefits.
• Familiarity with Casino Management Systems preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in environments where secondhand smoke may be present.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff's Card.
• Basic typing (30 WPM) and 10-key skills preferred.
• Solicit and identifies new premium slot customers on the casino floor for the Caesars Rewards Program.
• Issues point vouchers and complimentary as designated by customer account information.
• Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers on the casino floor. Creates and issues Total Rewards cards and promotes the program and related promotions.
• Maintains integrity of database by following high standards of data entry.
• Ensures the protection of customers' rewards and credit lines.
• Promote Caesars Palace by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful and friendly manner.
• Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
