• Arturo's Pizzeria is a story that begins with a boy from Brooklyn in love with a time, a place and a borough. A boy who never forgot the sights, the sounds and oh yes, the pizza. Especially the pizza. Arturo's Pizzeria features Brooklyn specialty pizzas in Las Vegas!
• The Village Cafe features grab and go items so you can eat on the run and get back to the fun. Yogurts, sandwiches, specialty coffee drinks and pastries await your indulgence, along with an assortment of beverages, frozen foods, and snacks. Located in the main lobby next to the front desk, the Wiki Wiki also has a great selection of Tahiti Village logoed merchandise, including T-shirts, polo shirts, hats, and much more.

ROLE

Prepare specialty coffees and other beverages for guests in Wiki Wiki and Village Café. Serve food such as baked goods, sandwiches, and ice cream to order. Receive and process customer payments in Wiki Wiki and Village Café.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow recipes when preparing food and beverage items
• Exhibit an approachable and friendly attitude at all times
• Practice suggestive selling techniques
• Communicate proper knowledge of all menu and retail items to guests
• Communicate in a professional manner with guests and co-workers
• Demonstrate proper methods and techniques of cleaning facility and equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all store and storage areas
• Maintain appropriate stock of all food, beverage and retail items
• Utilize proper methods and practices of food preparation and service
• Complete shift checkout sheet in an accurate, neat, and timely manner
• Check in all received orders and unpack accordingly
• Ensure all food products are rotated on a FIFO basis
• Follow all state and federal policies regarding the sale of alcohol and tobacco products
• Enforce all company standards, policies and guidelines
• Complete all other store tasks and activities as assigned in a prompt, cooperative and accurate manner
