Nothing Bundt Cakes Brentwood is looking for part-time and full-time Frosters!

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Froster puts the sugar on top and makes every moment extra sweet. You'll put the finishing touches on the cake for our guests. But what makes working here so sweet?

Previous bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Part-time Frosters will be scheduled 20-35 hours per week Monday-Saturday. Must have the flexibility to work two or more morning, midday, or evening shifts. Shifts times may vary but typically the hours are morning (8:30am-3pm), midday (10am-4pm or 11am-5pm), evening (1:30pm-7:30pm).

Bakery hours are Monday-Saturday: 9am- 7pm, Sunday: 10am- 4pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow NbC proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.
• Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
• Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintains appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
• Adhere to the proper packaging, labeling and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintains frosting and refrigeration logs.
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and informs management of any quality control issues.
• Clean, sanitize and restock workstation, ensure frosting supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift, and wash any equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
