Make outbound calls to customers to return health screening kits
Navigate CRM systems and softphone tools to manage call activity
Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements
Log call activity and update records accurately in system tools
Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to calls and systems
Maintain punctual attendance and readiness at shift start times
Represent the company positively as part of the customer experience

What You Need to Bring to the Call Center Agent Role:

Experience in call center, customer service, or outbound calling preferred
Must live in Minnesota
Ability to use computer systems, CRM platforms, and call software independently
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically
Ability to maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled shifts
Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
