Call Center Associate Banker (2nd Shift)
Location: Lincoln, RI (On-site) Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Pay: $26.00/hour (W2) Openings: 10
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM | Saturday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (weekends/holidays as needed)
Overview: Support clients through inbound calls related to credit and short-term lending. Resolve service needs, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions while delivering a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding credit and short-term lending needs
- Resolve inquiries and provide customized solutions
- Sell/fulfill products (credit cards, checking/savings, lending-related needs)
- Refer clients to appropriate partners for licensed needs
- Follow procedures/tools to manage risk
- Build relationships through active listening and clear communication
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills
- Coachable and comfortable with feedback
- Organized, self-motivated, strong problem-solving
Preferred
- Call center experience (phone/chat/video)
- Financial services/banking experience
- Sales experience (cross-sell/upsell/referrals)
- Retail or hospitality background
