Job Title: Call Center Operator Weekends – work weekend shifts

Job Responsibilities:

Experience in a call center that is focused on inbound call processing.
Answer phones and provide support to customers
Customer service skills are required
Ability to follow a call script to respond to foundational questions/concerns
Manage inbound calls to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues
Maintain and update call records
Knowledge of SPOK and Avaya platform preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills

Job Requirements:

Two (2) years of experience as a call center operator, preferably in the medical industry. Computer-telephony integration experience is preferred.

Candidate will work on-site.

Education

High school diploma or or associate degree.

Security Clearance

None. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
