In this role, you will be the vital link between Verizon and its customers, combining sales expertise with top-notch business support. Your mission is to create outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and efficiently handling business support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers via inbound and outbound calls, promoting Verizon products and services to meet their specific needs.
Provide comprehensive business support by resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems and track sales activities.
Identify sales opportunities and apply consultative selling techniques to maximize revenue.
Work proactively to contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Minimum 1 year experience in sales and/or business support, preferably within a call center environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools preferred.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
