Job Description

OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring experienced Call Center Sales Representatives to join our in-office Henderson sales team.This is a part-time morning shift position (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM) ideal for experienced outbound sales professionals who thrive in a performance-driven, high-energy call center environment.If you have experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, cold calling, or phone sales, and are motivated by hourly pay plus commission, we want to hear from you.Position OverviewAs a Call Center Sales Representative, you will make outbound calls to business decision-makers to educate them on energy service options and enroll qualified accounts. This is a high-volume outbound sales role focused on commercial/business accounts. You will work on a structured sales floor with clear performance expectations, coaching, and growth opportunities.Schedule

Part-Time
Monday–Friday
6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
In-office position (Henderson location)

Compensation

$20.00 per hour (paid weekly)
Commission on sales
Performance-based bonuses
Ongoing earning potential based on results

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to business accounts
Speak with business owners and decision-makers
Present energy service solutions clearly and professionally
Overcome objections and close sales
Meet daily and weekly sales targets
Track leads and sales activity in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

Previous B2B, inside sales, outbound sales, or call center experience
Strong phone presence and closing ability
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Experience handling objections and negotiating
Competitive and goal-driven mindset
Ability to multitask across multiple systems
Reliable attendance and punctuality
