Description:

The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. * Attain excellence in learning and competency events. * Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. * Mentor others as required. * Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. * Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.Experience & Skills• Preferred backgrounds: o Farm & ranch work o Outdoor labor roles o Casing or well services experience (on-call environments especially valued)• No formal oil & gas experience required, but can be helpfulKey Skills & Traits• Reliability (good attendance, answering phone, availability)• Adaptability (willingness and ability to learn different wells, customers, rigs, schedules)• Consistency• Sociable/outgoing personality (frequent interaction with different crews)Education & Certification Requirements• High School Diploma or GED requiredSchedule• 21 days on / 7 days off rotation• On-call 24/7 during on-rotation o Calls may come at any time (midnight, early morning, etc.)Work Environment• Well sites and rigs• Variable job types (long-duration operations vs short deliveries)Training• Client provides all equipment training• NEST training (local if available) and MVT in Kellyville, OKInterview Process• On-site interviews
