About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to join our client's team in the oil and gas sector. In this role, you will contribute to providing customers with safe, accurate, and on-time product and service delivery. You will also engage in learning and competency events, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant operations at various locations, and mentoring others as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with safe, accurate, and on-time product and service delivery.
  • Ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations at the well site, job location, or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
  • Mentor others as required.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
  • Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.

Requirements

  • Reliability and punctuality are critical.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Safety mindset.
  • Communication and customer interaction skills.
  • 1-2 years of oil & gas or related field experience ideal.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior field experience is helpful but not required.

Salary & Benefits

Hourly Rate:- /hour

Strong preference for candidates local to the Casper, WY area (within ~45 miles)
