What we're looking for in a Camp Director

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration and/or a related field is required
  • Applicant must have at least five years of experience in running/maintaining successful youth camping programs and/or experience in having supervisory responsibilities
  • Completion of all Archdiocesan employment requirements including, but not limited to, the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct, background checks and Safe Parish (safe environment) training
  • The leader of CYO Camp is expected to be a practicing Catholic committed to forming others in the faith.
