Job Description
Must Love Dogs!
Get paid to work, play, and care for dogs all day!Join a fun, fast-paced team of dog lovers in a hands-on, active environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and safely manage groups of dogs during playtime
- Monitor dog behavior, health, and interactions
- Feed dogs and assist with medications as needed
- Clean and sanitize play areas and cabins daily
- Communicate with pet parents in a friendly, professional manner
- Support team operations to keep shifts running smoothly
- Lead a team of 6–8 staff (Shift Lead responsibilities)
What We’re Looking For:
- Must love dogs and be comfortable with all breeds and sizes
- Experience with dogs (daycare, kennel, vet, grooming, or similar) preferred
- Leadership experience preferred (not required – training provided)
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced, active environment
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
No Experience? No Problem:
- Training provided for the right candidates
