Job Description

Description

The Campaign Operations Specialist owns the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from intake through deployment. They are accountable for building and testing the technical components that bring campaigns to life, ensuring every program is launched accurately, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities include developing targeted audience lists, scheduling emails, setting up events, building landing pages, and creating automated workflows that support lead management, track engagement, and enable personalized experiences. Working closely with business marketing partners, this role manages a high volume of marketing campaigns simultaneously, each with unique timelines, distinct audiences, varying assets, and workflows.

Successful candidates are comfortable working with technology, data, and integrated platforms. They seek to understand not just how the work gets done, but why.
