Role Summary

Under close and direct supervision, provide basic, routine support for one or more construction or administration-related functions including but not limited to project management, estimating, safety, accounting, etc., to support Company policies and objectives and which provide meaningful real-world, hands-on experience to complement on-going college-level classroom education.

Key Role Responsibilities- Core

Campus Intern- HR Shared Services will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with the various HR teams to assist with onboarding of new hires.
  • Facilitates onboarding process for new employees to include hiring-related paperwork and notifications to relevant departments.
  • Processes, verifies, and maintains documentation relating to personnel activities.
  • Prepares reports, invoices, forms, letters, and other documents used in the human resources function.
  • Records data for each employee and/or applicant such as address, pay, performance, location, benefits, etc.
  • Gathers, organizes, and files personnel records.
  • Creates, maintains, and updates various databases for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Provide progress updates and reports.
  • Work collaboratively and create relationships with team members and clients.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
