About the Role

Spartan Solar is looking for a well-connected student leader to represent our company on campus and help us recruit top talent for our summer sales teams.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the social landscape of their university, enjoys connecting people, and wants a high-income opportunity while still in school.

You'll act as the bridge between Spartan Solar and your campus community — helping coordinate events, connect us with student organizations, and identify strong candidates who would thrive in our high-performance sales environment.

This is not a typical campus job. It's a flexible, entrepreneurial position where your income is directly tied to your results.

Compensation

This role is commission-based with performance bonuses.

Typical earning potential:

You are paid per successful hire you help bring into the Spartan Solar program.

High-performing campus liaisons may also have the opportunity to move into salaried roles and qualify for additional bonuses, overrides, and commission structures as they grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with students and campus organizations
• Identify and connect with motivated students interested in summer sales opportunities
• Help organize and coordinate recruiting events on campus
• Assist Spartan Solar leadership when visiting campus for presentations or events
• Promote Spartan Solar opportunities through your network and campus channels
• Maintain communication with interested candidates and remind them of recruiting events
• Help create a strong presence for Spartan Solar within the campus community

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for students who are:

• Well-connected on campus (athletics, Greek life, clubs, business groups, etc.)
• Natural communicators who enjoy meeting new people
• Entrepreneurial and motivated by high earning potential
• Organized and reliable when coordinating events
• Interested in leadership, recruiting, or sales

Previous recruiting or sales experience is not required, but strong people skills are essential.
