Job Title: Camunda Workflow Developer GRC / Risk

Duration:12 Months

Location: NYC,NY / Pittsburgh, PA / Lake Mary, FL(Onsite)

Role Summary

The Workflow Developer will design and implement end to end risk workflows using Camunda to support Operational Risk and GRC processes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Camunda based workflows for:

o RCSA lifecycle

o Issues identification, remediation, and closure

o Incident / loss event management

o Controls testing and approvals

Model complex approval chains, SLAs, escalations, and exception handling

Integrate workflows with UI and Snowflake data layers

Ensure auditability, traceability, and regulatory compliance of workflows

Collaborate closely with Risk and Compliance stakeholders

Required Skills

Strong hands on experience with Camunda (BPMN / DMN)

Experience implementing workflow driven enterprise platforms

Solid understanding of Operational Risk or GRC processes

Experience in banking or regulated environments preferred
