🌿 Post-Harvest Technician📍 Location: Flint, MI (Onsite)🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full Time

Our integrated structure allows for strong collaboration between departments and clear visibility from seed to sale.

✂️ Key Responsibilities• Executing post-harvest processes including cutting, bucking, trimming, drying, curing, and packaging• Monitoring dry and cure rooms to ensure proper environmental conditions• Accurately weighing, sorting, and labeling harvested material• Converting METRC harvests into finished inventory and maintaining accurate data entry• Creating and managing package tags and internal inventory tracking• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of post-harvest workspaces• Following SOPs and compliance requirements at all times• Assisting with audits, inventory counts, and quality control checks

🧠 Qualifications• Previous post-harvest or processing experience preferred• Working knowledge of METRC required• Strong attention to detail and organization• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability
