Window Nation is growing fast, and we're looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our Canvassing team in the Columbus, Ohio area.

We're actively interviewing for Canvassers to support lead generation and neighborhood outreach throughout the Columbus metro area and nearby communities including Worthington, Reynoldsburg, Hilliard, and Lewis Center.

What You'll Do:

• Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
• Share information about Window Nation's replacement window and door products
• Follow simple presentations and talking points provided during training
• Represent Window Nation at local events, community festivals, and retail activations
• Generate qualified leads and appointment opportunities for the sales team
• Deliver excellent customer service and answer homeowner questions professionally
• Work outdoors while walking and standing for portions of your shift

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, door-to-door outreach, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Standard Schedule:

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Schedules may vary periodically based on business needs, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.
