Job Title: Business Analyst Cash Management (Financial Services)

Location:Must Have to go any Infosys Hub Nearest to Candidate location

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Cash Management within the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to analyze requirements, optimize cash management processes, and deliver scalable banking and treasury solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to cash management, payments, and liquidity solutions
Work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and process flows
Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support implementation of cash management systems, including:
- Payments (ACH, Wire, RTGS, SWIFT)
- Liquidity & Treasury Management
- Reconciliation and reporting
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions aligned with banking systems and APIs
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and support system enhancements
Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards
Work in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments depending on project needs
