Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist with risk monitoring and reviews for the organization, coordinate risk mitigation activities, and provide risk mitigation assistance to other groups.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Capital Markets CFO – Risk Analysis - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Support the monitoring and analysis of market risk exposures, including interest rate risk and spread risk across mortgage, derivatives and funding portfolios.

  • Prepare risk reports and dashboards summarizing portfolio risk metrics, trends, and key insights for senior management.

  • Perform data analysis and scenario testing to evaluate portfolio sensitivity to market movements.

  • Collaborate with teams across Capital Markets, Treasury, and Enterprise Risk Management to ensure consistent risk measurement and reporting.

  • Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts for risk analytics and reporting.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Desired Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Basic proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, R, or SQL.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present analytical findings clearly.

  • Experience related to risk management, capital markets, or financial modeling.

  • Exposure to fixed income securities, mortgage-backed securities (MBS), or derivatives.

  • Knowledge of market risk metrics such as duration and convexity.

Target Salary: $79,000 - $97,000 a year
