Outdoor work – rain or shine, hot or cold. You'll be working outside in all weather conditions.

On your feet, hands-on tasks – this is a physically active job that keeps you moving.

Fast-paced environment – we stay busy, and we work together to get the job done right.

Customer interaction – you'll be the face of Benny's, helping customers and making their experience great.

Room for advancement – we promote from within, and many of our managers started in this role.

Pay & Benefits:

Part-time: $12/hour (less than 30 hours/week)

Full-time: $12/hour (30+ hours/week)

40 hours of paid time off, increasing with tenure

Tuition reimbursement – up to $3,000 per year for eligible students

Bonus and referral opportunities

Certification reimbursement programs - up to $3,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the sales kiosks

Promote our Unlimited Memberships and help customers sign up

Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel

Vacuum interiors, clean windows, and perform basic detailing

Maintain site cleanliness - take out trash, clean vacuums, prep towels, and wash down equipment

Operate and maintain car wash tools and machinery (training provided)

Contribute to a positive, team-first environment

Requirements:

Must be 16 years or older

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Able to stand, walk, and be physically active throughout your shift

Team-oriented and reliable
