Cayuga Medical Center is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our dynamic Cardiac Services team. This vital role places you at the forefront of life-saving diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, providing critical support in our busy Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Radiology departments. Play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while advancing your professional journey in a collaborative and innovative environment.What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Valid Radiological Technologist license or certification (e.g., ARRT or RCIS preferred but not mandatory)
• Proven experience in interventional cardiology, with a strong background working in cath labs
• Knowledge of interventional radiology procedures is highly desirable
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot cath lab equipment with precision
• Strong understanding of cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to be on call and work 5 8-hour shifts per week, including call coverage

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in interventional radiology procedures
• Additional certifications or training in specialized cardiac or vascular interventions
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and patient management systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Radiological technologist degree/license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or similar setting
• Experience with IR procedures is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety and detail
• Availability for scheduled shifts and call responsibilities as needed
• Commitment to maintaining current licensure and certifications
