Location: Anchorage, AK

Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract (Travel/Allied)
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Pay Rate: $77.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: 4x10s Monday Friday schedule (days scheduled each week can vary; cannot guarantee same day off each week) | Day Shift, 9:00 19:00
- Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks
- On-Call Requirements: Yes approximately 1 day/week; must respond to facility within 30 minutes while on call
- Weekend Requirements: No
- Block Schedule: Not available
- Travel Requirements: Local candidates not accepted candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
- RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Job Summary
This is a 13-week travel contract opportunity for an Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer at an acute care hospital in Anchorage, AK. The facility is a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Center recognized as a USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska, with 407 total staffed beds. First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment.
Required Skills
- Echo/cardiac sonography per unit/department requirements
Education Requirements
- BLS certification required
- ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
