Job Description
CKO Kickboxing San Diego is seeking an experienced and motivated Cardio Kickboxing Coach / Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and contribute to a positive, results-driven gym environment. Responsibilities: Lead engaging, high-intensity cardio kickboxing classes. Introduce new drills, combinations, and training formats to keep classes fresh. Modify workouts to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. Coach or assist with boot camp and strength & conditioning classes. Maintain a safe, professional, and motivating class environment. Support the growth of a strong gym community. Requirements: Previous experience teaching cardio kickboxing or group fitness classes. Experience with boot camp and/or strength & conditioning training preferred. Strong communication and class management skills. Ability to adapt workouts in real time. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Schedule & Compensation: Guaranteed 4–8 hours per week to start. Flexible scheduling with additional hours available as the gym grows.
