Job Description

This opportunity is open exclusively to European - Based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai.

SearchPlus HR is currently partnering with a leading private healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Cardio Thoracic Surgeon. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the private healthcare sector, delivering high-quality surgical care to an affluent and diverse patient population.

As a Cardio Thoracic Surgeon in the private healthcare sector, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiac and thoracic conditions using advanced surgical techniques. You will have autonomy in clinical decision-making while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and diagnostic evaluations
Perform complex cardio thoracic surgical procedures such as coronary bypass, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgeries
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and preferences
Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to optimize recovery
Engage with patients and families to provide clear communication and support throughout the treatment process
Maintain accurate and detailed surgical and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Stay current with advancements in cardio thoracic surgical practices and incorporate best practices into care delivery
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety and excellence

Requirements

Medical degree with specialization and board certification in Cardio Thoracic Surgery
Proven experience working as a Cardio Thoracic Surgeon, preferably within the private healthcare sector
Excellent surgical skills with a track record of successful outcomes in complex cardio thoracic procedures
Strong knowledge of current surgical techniques, patient safety protocols, and healthcare regulations in the private sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on advances in cardio thoracic surgery
Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the dynamic needs of private healthcare patients
