This opportunity is open exclusively to European - Based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai.

SearchPlus HR is currently partnering with a leading private healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Cardio Thoracic Surgeon. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the private healthcare sector, delivering high-quality surgical care to an affluent and diverse patient population.

As a Cardio Thoracic Surgeon in the private healthcare sector, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiac and thoracic conditions using advanced surgical techniques. You will have autonomy in clinical decision-making while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and diagnostic evaluations
  • Perform complex cardio thoracic surgical procedures such as coronary bypass, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgeries
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and preferences
  • Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to optimize recovery
  • Engage with patients and families to provide clear communication and support throughout the treatment process
  • Maintain accurate and detailed surgical and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Stay current with advancements in cardio thoracic surgical practices and incorporate best practices into care delivery
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety and excellence

Requirements

  • Medical degree with specialization and board certification in Cardio Thoracic Surgery
  • Proven experience working as a Cardio Thoracic Surgeon, preferably within the private healthcare sector
  • Excellent surgical skills with a track record of successful outcomes in complex cardio thoracic procedures
  • Strong knowledge of current surgical techniques, patient safety protocols, and healthcare regulations in the private sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on advances in cardio thoracic surgery
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the dynamic needs of private healthcare patients
