Job Description
Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiologist with a focus in Congestive Heart Failure to join our growing cardiovascular program. This physician will play a key role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with complex heart failure conditions while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients with congestive heart failure and related cardiovascular conditions
- Manage and treat complex CHF cases, including advanced heart failure therapies (as applicable)
- Collaborate with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac imaging, and primary care teams
- Participate in multidisciplinary heart failure rounds and care planning
- Interpret and utilize diagnostic studies including echocardiograms, stress testing, and cardiac imaging
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care pathways
- Provide patient and family education on disease management, prevention, and lifestyle modification
- Participate in call rotation as assigned

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiology Fellowship
- Fellowship training or significant experience in Heart Failure preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Eligible for or currently holding Colorado medical licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
