AUTO OFFER Lutheran Hospital RN / CVOR Shift: 06:30am-5:00pm Call requirements: Every 5th weekday and every 5th weekend No option for block schedule Duration: 13 weeks GH: 72 bi-weekly Certification required: IN state license, BLS Years of experience required: 1-2 years in CV Scope of role: Able to circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases including CABG, AVR, MVR, Ascending Aortic Aneurysms, Aortic Root Replacements, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs, Femoral-Popliteal Bypass, Carotid Endarterectomy, AV fistula, Impella placement, Ventricular Assist Devices, ECMO cases, Thoracotomy, Robotic thoracotomy Required skills: CABG, AVR, MVR, Ascending Aortic Aneurysms, Aortic Root Replacements, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs, Femoral-Popliteal Bypass, Carotid Endarterectomy, AV fistula, Impella placement, ECMO cases, Thoracotomy, Ventricular Assist Devices, AV fistula, Robotic thoracotomy. (cardiac, thoracic and vascular cases) Patient Ratio: 1:1 Number of beds in unit: 4 OR Suites Scrubs: provided by hospital EMR: Cerner TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE DRIVER'S LICENSE /PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION - ADDRESS MUST MATCH ID TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED #TB_RN
