At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we’re looking for a dedicated Instructor / Clinical Coordinator who thrives in both classroom and clinical environments.

In this role, you’ll serve as a mentor, educator, and role model, guiding students as they transition from learning to real-world clinical practice.

✨ What You’ll Do

  • Deliver and support clinical curriculum content aligned with program standards

  • Mentor and supervise students in clinical settings, ensuring hands-on learning success

  • Promote student achievement, confidence, and professional development

  • Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to enhance training and outcomes

  • Serve as a key resource and role model for students entering the field

  • Support a positive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment

šŸŽ“ What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in a related field (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • RDCS or RCS certification(required)

  • RVT or RVS certification(a plus)

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional sonography experience

  • Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings(preferred)

  • Teaching experience (didactic or clinical) is a plus—but not required

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring
