Job OverviewAre you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities?

BlueDot Cares is a fast-growing private duty home care company, and we are currently seeking a Care Advisor to serve as the inside closing partner for our field Senior Care Advisors.

As a Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

This role ensures that every family receives consistent follow-up, guidance, and support throughout the decision-making process. You will own the full family journey—from first conversation through signed services agreement—across both referral and digital leads.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role, with approximately 30–35% of closes requiring in-home visits within the Charlotte metro.

Responsibilities

Sales & Family Guidance

  • Own the full family conversation from initial contact through signed agreement
  • Guide families through care decisions with empathy, clarity, and urgency
  • Conduct in-home assessments when needed to close

Lead & Pipeline Management

  • Manage all inbound Meta and Google leads (~90/month)
  • Respond to new digital inquiries within 5-10 minutes during business hours
  • Maintain detailed notes and stage tracking in Zoho CRM
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of 100+ active leads

Team Coordination & Reporting

  • Partner closely with field advisors to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Ensure no family falls through the cracks
  • Report weekly on closes, pipeline health, and conversion rates

Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to enhancing lives through compassionate caregiving. This is a unique opportunity to combine sales performance with meaningful, relationship-driven work—helping families navigate one of life’s most important decisions while building a strong, rewarding career.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) strongly preferred
  • OR equivalent experience in case management, care coordination, or senior services
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with families in transition

  • Self-directed, organized, and metrics-driven- can work independently without daily supervision
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits within Charlotte metro
