Maryland Heights, MO
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a highly organized Care Coordinator to help manage daily scheduling and operations for our Private Duty Nursing team.
If you are someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this is a role where your work truly matters. Every schedule you coordinate helps ensure pediatric clients receive the care they depend on.
Pay
$18 to $21 per hour depending on experience

What You Will Do
Coordinate daily nursing schedules for pediatric home care clients
Communicate with nurses and families throughout the day
Fill open visits quickly and efficiently
Maintain accurate information in scheduling systems
Assist with problem solving when changes occur in the field
Provide administrative and scheduling support for the care team
What We Are Looking For
Previous office, scheduling, or customer service experience
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills
Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
