This is a great opportunity for candidates with healthcare admin, call center, or managed care experience to step into a fast-paced, impactful role.
Specific Skills :
- Manage member intake and documentation review
- Verify and complete missing or conflicting information
- Schedule appointments for care management teams
- Handle inbound & outbound calls (ACD system)
- Coordinate with HHA/PCA/CDPAP vendors
- Assist members with scheduling medical services
- Enter and track authorizations & prior approvals
- Monitor hospital admissions, ER visits, and care updates
- Experience in managed care / MLTC
