The Career Services Support Specialist at ECPI University assists the Career Services team by coordinating career-related events, maintaining job search resources, and providing direct support to students and alumni.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing career fairs, workshops, and employer information sessions to connect students with potential employers.
Resource Management: Maintain career services platforms, such as Handshake, to post job opportunities and track student engagement.
Student Assistance: Answer questions students may have regarding Career Services and assist those seeking employment while in school, including externships.
Employer Engagement: Support the development and maintenance of relationships with local and regional employers to facilitate job placements and internships/externships.
Data Analysis: Monitor and report on employment outcomes, student participation in career services, and satisfaction metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in career advising or employee recruitment preferred
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, other career services software a plus .
Ability to organize events and workshops effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with students and faculty.
Familiarity with employer hiring expectations
