Job Title: Direct Support ProfessionalLocation: Hastings, NEPay: $16/hourSchedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PMOccasional evenings/weekends for events or trainingOverview:We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in vocational, community, and in-home settings. No experience or degree required just a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference.Responsibilities:
- Provide training, assistance, and daily support
- Assist individuals in community and work settings
- Promote safety, inclusion, and independence
- Provide transportation and assist with mobility as needed
- Complete required documentation (Therap system)
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
- Must be 19 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Nebraska Driver s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility needs
