Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients, whether they are seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice care. Your commitment to patient care will help foster a nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines.
- Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Experience in home community care or similar settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques, particularly for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Ability to provide hospice care and support for end-of-life needs is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid or relevant caregiving training is advantageous but not mandatory.

Ability to Relocate:
- Albuquerque, NM 87110: Relocate before starting work (Required)
